In the Sufism of Maizbhandari order after Gausul Azam Hazrat Syed Ahmed Ullah Maizbhandari it was taken charge of by Gausul Azam Hazrat Syed Gulamur Rahman Maizbhandari, also known as Baba Bhandari. Hazrat Syed Gulamur Rahman Maizbhandari was born in Maizbhandar village on 10 January 1865, corresponding to 27th Ashwin of 1270 Bengali Calendar year. His behavior from childhood caused people to see him as a future saint of Maizbhandari Sufism. Hazrat Gausul Azam Maizbhandari Shah Sufi Moulana Syed Ahmed Ullah (Hazrat Kebla Kaba) once called the mother of Hazrat Baba Bhandari "the mother of Peerane-Peer" (the word "Peerane-Peer" connotes the meaning of "Saint of all saints".) Hazrat Syed Gulamur Rahman Maizbhandari taken place on Maizbhandari Sufism after Gausul Azam Syed Ahmed Ullah Maizbhandari (K:) as patron of Maizbhandari Sufism. Hazrat Syed Gulamur Rahman Maizbhandari has got the complexion and appearance of Hazrat Eusuf (AS) and Bhanderi was highly particular with religious activities, including prayers, fasting, and reading the Quran and Hadith. Bhandari was first given Quranic lessons by his uncle and spiritual guide - Gausul Azam Hazrat Syed Ahmed Ullah Maizbhandari (Hazrat Kebla Kaba). Bhandari started his basic education in a local religious school (Madrasa) and later continued his higher studies in the Chittagong Government Madrasha – a religious college in Chittagong. Since his early childhood, he always preferred to be present in front of Hazrat Kebla Kaba. Sometimes Bhandari used to stand on feet for the whole night in front of Hazrat. At the persuasion of his parent or relations, sometimes Bhandari used to go back to his home but at the earliest possible opportunity he used to come back to Hazrat Kebla Kaba. ==Khalifa== After Ahmed Ullah Maizbhandari, Syed Gulamur Rahman Maizbhandari became the chief patron of Maizbhandari Sufism.
